Short Bio
Kifayat Ullah is an accomplished researcher, educator, and academic leader. He began his educational journey by earning his Master's degree in computer science from the University of Agriculture, Peshawar, Pakistan. He also received a PhD in computer science from the University of Sao Paulo (USP), Brazil, in 2016. In 2022, he completed his postdoc on "emergency response system using fog-assisted vehicular ad hoc network for smart cities" at the interSCity lab at USP, Brazil. Kifayat has over ten years of teaching, research, and administration experience in different areas of computer science. His research interests include smart cities,
